Shipping Policy

We know you’re excited to get your order, and we’re just as excited to send it to you! We work hard to get orders packed and on their way as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Most orders placed before 3:00 PM Monday through Saturday are shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM will typically ship the following business day.

During big sales, special promotions, or especially busy times, please allow an additional business day for us to get your order packed and shipped. We’re a small business, and occasionally you all keep us extra busy — which is a pretty good problem to have!

Tracking Your Order

Every order is shipped using a trackable shipping service. Once your order has been packed and your shipping label has been created, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your package on its way to you.

Please keep in mind that tracking information may take a little time to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected for your order. Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are determined by the carrier and may occasionally be affected by weather, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.
